reading giraffe T4 week 2

 hello peps this week our class/Ruru have the same books as last week for reading. i now understand  full sentence writing. here is my reading T4 week 2!

Holiday writing

 

this week i had finished my letter writing so i got asked if i could make an animation of what i did in the holidays it might not be clear enough so the first thing i did was jump off the wharf in Akaroa, second thing i did was go on a walk in hinuwai it was very steep, third thing i did was i got a new phone for a early birthday present.

this week i have been learning to understand what i  am reading about a text, i have really enjoyed this week a lot cause  i got to learn more about my favourite animal.

Ruru writing challenge week 10

this week Ruru have been challenged to do Ruru writing challenge. what we have to do is at least get to 12 points by the end of the week, here is mine enjoy  :)

1.   acrostic poem, the people i did is Me/Jaydah , laila, Mr Willams  this one is worth 2 points :)

2. this one is worth 3 points

Ingredients:  

white soft bread 

 jar of nutella

Salt 

Milk

Cinnamon 

Sugar 

Vanilla extract 

Eggs 

Oil 

Flour 

Directions 

1. 
   

2. First get your white soft bread and then get a chopping board and knife.

3. And then cut the crips of the bread layer with a smooth topping of nutella and then role the bread so then it looks like this. 

4.  get the french toast batter Measure flour into a large mixing bowl. Slowly whisk in the milk. Whisk in the salt, eggs, cinnamon, vanilla extract and sugar until smooth. 

5. And then heat for a low in a pan 

6. And eat yum yum

3. this is a comic it was really fun we had to do a theme of adventure this is worth 4 point s : )

4. this is a haiku what we have to do is write three haikus, this is worth 2 points : )

School is fun and cool 

We learn in school to be smart 

We have a good teacher

Still watching frozen 

Wondering how much longer 

Till they let it go

snoopy is stuck in the car seat

hi guys here is my writing i named it snoopy is stuck in a car seat, why i choose the narrative writing is because it looked so cute and had a lot of details. Here it is enjoy!!!!!

Pl character 

Snoopy has cute bold eyes, his body is flabby and flexible. Snoopy looks at his feet that are as big as

sandwiches. He looks at his long and luxurious fur that is white like snow and brown like chocolate. He

likes making people smile and laugh but at this moment he can't, snoopy is sporty,funny and cute. 

P2 see

Snoopy can see an adorable puppy snoopy. Inside the car there are bumpy seats and shiny leather seats

and bright red seat belts. There is also a gloomy interior. Hear All The sudden snoopy hears low level

whining, in the background, there is screeching car noises and loud  thunder noises with torrential rain.

smell He can smell a fresh clinically clean car with a wind of damp puppy fur, in the car there is a smell of

homely humans. Touch snoopy can feel sticky tight seats with puppy fur all over. 

P3 problem 

Snoopy got scared by  lightning and thunder and got really sad and tripped and fell down into the middle

of the seat and sat there for ages. He was stuck. 

P4 solution 

After a couple of hours snoopy's owner dottie came in the car because she realized she left some food

in the car because she went food shopping and rushed inside. The lightning hit and scared dottie.

She went in the car and saw snoopy, she felt so bad. So dottie picked him up and they went inside the

warm and lovely house and played a game of tug of war
