this week for reading we have been making connections with ourselves, other text/movies and the world, The book that i have been reading is about how about this wimmark thinks he is not special. He keeps on getting dots and he wants stars. 

Reflection!

 i liked this book because it really related to it. Why i liked the create tasks is because it gave me a BIG challenge. The only down thing about the story was it made me CRY cause it was sooooo sad. Also the only down thing about the create tasks was that i was stressing out ALOT. 

Create task one: For create task one is we had to write in collams, what relates to yourself, other texts and the world. 

Create task 2: for create task we had to create a venn diagram with two storys that you want to compare. 

Create task 3, part one: we have to write down in the template.

Writing ( Winnies experience at willow bank )

 hello reader for 3 weeks now I have been working on a story about how Winnie and friends went to willow bank but some drama happened, find out what happened in the story! 

Once upon a time Winnie and friends were sitting around  the hazel brown ancient table debating about where they might go on this glorious day. Then all the sudden they had agreed to go and see their best mates at willow bank. Individually they all rushed out the door, so joyful. As they walked down the luminous city, Winnies angelic honey yellow eyes twinkle in the sun as they bolted because they could see the Willow bank sign, as they were running Winnies chubby cheeks were bouncing like a basketball. 

Winnie and friends all walked into willow bank very excited, so excited that they all were about to blow up. They grabbed all the food for their friends and carried on to the front desk. 

They put all of the food onto the desk and then went to go and find his credit card, he soon found it and swiped it and then the lady said um what is this money. Winnie soon said a hundred acre wood money. Oh we only take New Zealand money the lady said, oh said winnie then he dropped and walked away very sad and devastated. 

All the sudden he saw a familiar face in disguise. It was Christoper Robin! He came up to Winnie and handed him his birthday savings. All of a sudden Winnie felt warm inside and very shocked.Winnie went sprinting inside then the rest followed him. They had been accepted into the animal exhibit. They fed all the animals except one and it was one of their old friends ostrich.

How are you this week we have been working on for these 2 past week's types of storm what to do and where to go. My first create task was about my complimentary, challenging text and the story that i'm reading. characters : Ana, Mika, Niko, Sina. 

setting : home, Samoa, Tonga. 

Problem: a small earthquake hit and she did not want a bun.

Solution Niko saw her head stick out as well as the bun and Niko pick her up by her head to get out of the tsunami.   

The 2 create task was about what to do when something happens, the third create task is about making a newshub letter.

Reading ( cyclone tokotoru )

 hello readers this week we have been reading about natural disasters. my book was about a cyclone headed there way and turns out it was just a big mess. the setting is Home and outside in the countryside. The characters were Dad, Maioha, Toihau, Hikitia, Kuia. the problem was The problem is there’s a cyclone headed there way. The solution was They ended up not having the cyclone but instead they made their own cyclone. There were a whole lot of other book choices like Astrolabe reef, paekakariki flood, swallowed by the sea, the hungry wave, Christchurch earthquake and then there was my choice cyclone Tokotoru. Why i choose cyclone Tokotoru was because i did not know what a cyclone was and then as i was watching the challenge text and then learnt that it is basically a tornado. Here is all of my hard work.
